How can I avoid my emails going to spam?

As we all know that Email Marketing is one of the most common and cheapest form of digital marketing nowadays, this type of digital marketing has help billions of marketer all over the world, they all used it to promote their products to prospective customers.

Just like other marketer, I also make use of email to promote my business to prospective buyers or customers, of which has been converting to sales. Albeit not consistent, but I'm getting some response from them which shows that my emails are reaching there inbox folder and not junk folder (spam).

But recently, I discovered that most of my email are not going to inbox of my prospective customers, rather they are going to spam folder which will be automatically trached/disposed after some days without my customers seeing what I'm marketing to them.

Have you been in such situation before, how did you go about settling the issue ?
