Conflicts is inevitable between business partners or investors this has caused many issues. In this thread, we will be discussing the possible causes and how this can managed effectively. Suggestion on how it can be avoided could be made if it is really possible. I am thinking maybe it is gender related, we can also discuss that too.

According to my own point of view it is very simple for you to settle any quarrel all conflict between business partners all you have to do is to first of all know the purpose of the conflict after this you now have to call both of them sit them down. Talk sense into them let them be aware of what they need to know and after that, remind them of the good times that they have spent together and also, if the conflict is about money or income sharing you just have to take some money and pay them off.

The causes of the conflict is one of the first thing to search for before knowing what to tell them. The purpose of their coming together in business which is to make profit should be brought to their remembrance, this bring to their consciousness the need for them to settle and to settle it early.

One of the causes is that sometimes we put too much expectations on certain individual and most at times we fail to put int o consideration that they are human and we have individual differences which should be put into consideration. We must be able to pick what we fight about, if what your business partner or fellow investor did has not to affect the purpose of your coming together, there is no need to pick fight.

Conflict management remains a key factor in moving an organization forward. When conflicts are not well managed, the corollary effect is costly and this can lead reversal of any progress made. Conflict between business partners or investors can offset business failure and loss. Conflict should be managed early when the cause is known.
