French leave is actually an obstacle to a job!
There are various types of jobs all over the world and there are also some rules and regulations in every job. Employees are to follow all the terms and conditions of the jobs to the letter.

At the time of appointing in the respective positions, every employee has to agree and sign rightly. On the paper or agreement, there may be some warnings what will happen in case of violating the rules of the job. With these views, the jobs do run but suddenly some violations are realized.

Among all the violations, French leave is one that happens in a job. For this reason, disciplines running in the job are obstructed. Some say that reoccurring indiscipline really hampers the normal activities of a job. A person is to run his work as well as also the work of the absent person. Some say that the French leave is normal and it may happen in a work place. Some also say that such employees should be punished or even can be divorced from the job.
