[B]Gender discrimination is common at work place, it's simply depends on an individual to have self control when such case arise. If you're a peaceful someone you'll do everything at your reach to avoid issues emanating when you're discriminated in one way or the other. We face this kind of issues at times in our everyday activities online and offline too. At workplace offline, we experience, at online freelance workplace, it isn't elusive too, we experience it. People are simply texting you with toxic messages, simply because they're frustrated not that you're the one frustrating them especially when you're working as a remote customer care service representative. Even in some forums that I've been serving as a Mod over 4 months now, I still get some verbal harsh words from users, which happened due to their frustration seeing their low quality contents being deleted. But such never wanted me to join them and throw toxic comments to each other, that's indirect discrimination they did, wanting me to talk abusively, but I am not trained in such manner, it is always advised to behave differently in a matured way, have self control in order to bypass issues from affecting your career.
