3. Lose in weight can also help in hormonal balance
4. Consuming enough protein helps to trigger the production of hormones
5. Engaging in regular exercise can modify hormones levels in a way that reduces the risk of disease and also protect musle mass during aging process.
6. Avoid refined carbs and sugar because it can help to reduce overall carb intake which may increase insulin sensitivity and also decrease insulin levels.
7. Avoid too much stress
8. Consuming healthy days in your diet and also avoiding unhealthy trans fat can help in stimulating the production of hormones which helps in controlling appetite and also helps in reducing insulin resistance.
 
Hormone are secretion in the body which helps in some vital development of the body. In as much as there is need to make sure these hormones are secreted, we should be endeavored to make sure that they are not excessively secreted to avoid discomfort of the body by watching what we eat.
 
As long as we are doing exercise regularly and eating a good balanced diet I think we can balance our hormones because those are the two most important Among it
 
Include fruit and vegetables in our diet we should consume it at least three times in a week it will help in boosting our immunity
