Being a promoter, it is easier and better if you have had some working experience in the line of entertainment. Obviously, the set of people you are going to be dealing with are the ones we call the entertainers. I am talking about the musicians, the comedians, the actors and actresses and the likes. But basically, you will work more with singers also known as the artiste. If you really want to be successful in this job, it is wise to start small even if you have the means to start big. The reason why i said this is simply because, you will be able to achieve some knowledge about it. Like the budget needed for the whole project, the suitable location and so on. I am not saying you can’t start at the bigger level but it will require you employ someone that has been it for quite a long time, this will help you through some things you do not know, I believe every career has its ethics and how it should really go. Preferably, it will be a good idea to learn such profession from the right professional in order to give you the best of future ahead of you.
