There are a lot of distractions when it comes to work remotely and you will have to overcome these distractions and become productive in order to excel as a remote worker. Here are three tips to become productive

Work in short session: Instead of working for hours uninterrupted, try to work in short sessions like 90 minutes or 120 minutes. Your body will easily adjust to these schedules.

Motivate yourself: Motivation is very necessary. However as a remote worker you don’t have a boss to motivate yourself, therefore, you will have to constantly encourage yourself. When you internalize positivity, you will become more successful.

Set a goal. You need to set a goal and attempt to complete it. Instead of making a lot of goals, try to make few goals and then move to next step only when you complete these goals. Likewise, don’t make a big goal, instead break the goal into small goals and complete it gradually.

I wake up at 5, make myself a coffee and then sit at my desk at 5:30. I work for 3 hours. Then I go with b y morning routine (have a bath, eat breakfast, check social profiles, etc.) I resume my work at 11n and then work until 1. Then I take a lunch break and the start working again at 4. I work for 2 hours and then shut down my computer and go for a walk. I resume my work at 9 and by 11 o clock I go back to sleep. I work in a short session. When you work in short sessions, your body will rhythmically adjust to your work schedule. I drink 4-5 cups of coffee, 2-3 glasses of juice and 2-3 liters of water. I don't take a heavy meal, I always eat light. If you want to work from home, you will have to take care of small things like diet and work session
