You can change the package, color or size of the product

Use different means to advertise the business

Bring in more innovative ideas, do some researches and add trending ideas to it

Touch up your staff, give them more training and teach them how to run the business in a more inspiring way

If possible overhaul your entire system by doing things different from how it has been done for years

I understand the depreciation of the business which usually caused by the big competition. The customers will be shifting their allegiance to big stores especially when there is a nearby mall. Rebranding can help but you need more innovation on the sales and marketing. It is not only the price that matters but the entire relationship with the customers.

Those are very good points to recover a depreciating business. Business depreciation can cause so much depression, but you shouldn't fall for it as there is so much you can.
