The packaging of the product is as important as the product itself. Therefore, if you are trying to sell ebooks and make money, you will have to consider the aesthetic value of your ebook. The ebook cover and internal cover design will help you generate sales.

You can design an ebook cover and inner pages through Canva.

Search for ebook on Canva and you will come across ebook covers as well as ebook templates with multiple pages. If you are looking for designing covers, you can choose a cover template and start customizing it. If you are looking to build internal pages for your ebook, choose ebook templates with multiple pages. You can filter your search by choosing A4 document. These templates are aesthetically pleasing, you do not have to go back to design, you can just start customizing, such as adding your own text, images, etc. Interestingly, these templates come with covers, therefore, you do not have to create a cover for your ebook.

I use Canva to design ebooks. If you are writing instructional book, recipe books for instance, or a motivational book, or a workbook, you will find Canva ebook templates useful and quite handy. Canva ebook templates are good for those who create ebooks with a lot of images, graphics etc. However, if you are writing ebooks that consist mainly written text and if you have an ebook that are very long, 20-30 pages for example, canva ebook templates might not be useful. For example, if you are publishing ebooks on KDP, you will have to pass minimum pages threshold, which I think is 20 pages, and most of the canava templates are mainly for ebooks between 3-5 pages, and not more than 10 pages. You sure can add as many pages you want but that would be a lot of work. Canva ebook templates are good for workbooks and motivation books that do not contain a lot of texts.
