There are many reasons of why people will want to download apps on there phone simply because many making money sites are now converted into apps.

Number 3 is what I don't think is easy to do every now and then, I think it implies you creating new play store or google account over and over. Well, paid VPN should work better, but then it seems useless at the end of the day after downloading that particular app, you might not still have full access to the features as some apps are well protected. If it's an app where you need to work and get paid, you might have problem during withdrawal and this is not good at all.
