In the past, more than half of women had acne, but most of that has changed over the last few decades. Now, only about 30% of women have acne.
This is great news for your skin, because it means you're likely to have fewer breakouts and better-looking skin. But it's important to keep skin looking healthy.
Here are some tips for keeping your skin looking healthy:
Wash Your Face
-Wash your face at least twice a day with a gentle cleanser. This will help clear away any dirt and make your skin look fresh and clean. Your skin will be healthier if you wash it with a mild cleanser twice a day. You can also use a gentle facial cleanser once a day when cleansing is not convenient.
Use Sunscreen
-Use sunscreen every day, even if you're just going outside to walk around or ride your bike to work.* Sunscreen provides important protection against sun damage and aging and helps prevent future breakouts. You can also choose an SPF 30 or higher sunscreen with broad spectrum protection when you need extra protection during the winter months.
Eat Nutritious Food
-Eat foods that are rich in antioxidants, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, which contain antioxidants called carotenoids that help protect cells from free radical damage and oxidative stress.
Drink Plenty of Water
This looks like the least but the greatest, it works for me. Ensure you drink a lot of water in a day, even when you are not thirsty. Especially after a particular task, even if it's just after writing a 200 word article.
