1. Decide on a plan that works for you and your situation, whether it's hiring a personal trainer or signing up for a boot camp.
2. Set goals for yourself that are realistic but challenging enough to be motivating like losing 10 pounds in a week, or becoming more active every day by taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
3. Keep track of your progress! You can do this either with a journal or an app like MyFitnessPal (which also offers great motivational quotes).
4. Get a decent night's sleep every night.
5. Eat a lunch that includes lean protein and vegetables, no more than once per day.
6. Drink at least one glass of water before and after lunch.
7. Exercise for 30 minutes three times per week at the gym or outside in nature where you can walk, run, swim, bike ride or do any other activity to get your heart pumping and burn calories!
