How to handle Employers grievances at work

At work you might be having issues with your employer or boss. They come up with complaints and express their grievances you just have to handle this positively to get ahead better with your job and not be in the bad book of your employer.

So how do you handle this

Start with finding out the workplace policies and see that you are not going against any of it.

When given a task to complete try to communicate the outcome in a transparent manner. Let all involved be on the same page

Be very respectful and responsible. Respond to issues promptly and be a solution

Always try to evaluate, review and improve on your completed tasks. You would always have a pass with good jobs
