Five exercises that you are mentioned in your post are very good for reducing thighs fat. I takes a lot of knowledge and information by reading your post. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.

I also want to give some tips which I am using in my daily life for reducing weight. One of these is excercise. Excercise is very important in order to maintain your metabolism and keep your body fit and healthy.
Secondly avoid to eat junk and oily food because this kind of food contain too much calories which increases your body fat and also effect your stomach alot.
Thirdly I drink coffee with adding one lemon .It helps you to burn calories and reduce your body weight fastly.

All these things are very effective for weight lose because obesity is the major problem in many people so try to overcome it without ignoring it. If people will not take it seriously then later they will have to face many health related issues and problems

Exercise is on of the top most factor in losing weight because it burns fat and boost body energy level. After than we need to focus on our diet and eat very low fatty diet.
