Take a handful of ginger and half of it your garlic. Wash it very well and ensure you peel it. Put the garlic and ginger in a mortal and grind to its finest form. Then apply enough shear butter to mask its smell and give it a cream-like texture. When done, you would know by feeling it in your hand. Put it in a container, it can last for days. Just apply once and at night on your skin where the pain is coming from. It will ease your pain and give you a sound sleep. Do this for one - two weeks, if pain persists you should see your doctor.
