Rental business is one of the kinds that usually pays for a long time, and If you ask me, i think it can be called legitimate way of making money in a smart sense, do you know that you can actually rent off an item for as much as fifty thousand naira, If you are from Nigeria, you will know how far such amount can go. Imagine someone that sells car, then thought about renting cars as well, adding to the business, you know it is going to be a double profit for such person because he or she will get to rent a car for as many time as possible and still eventually get to sell the same vehicle. Or let’s think about someone that built a particular space for event making, as much as I know, I am quite sure that an average hall for rental cost up to three hundred thousand naira per occasion. Now imagine the kind of money you can make from a business like this, it is very mobile and lucrative, what I meant by that, simply means you can easily monitor it from anywhere you are without having to be scared if you will be cheated.
