How to manage workers welfarism

Workers are the soul of a good business. The more the workers are dedicated to the job, the more revenue the business will be generated. Hence, there should be more concern on the welfarism of the workers.


However, the bone of contention is that some business owners always see the salary as the entitlement of the workers dedication and see no reasons why workers should be given more incentive. These kind of owners always have their business collapse.

A serious business owner can promote the welfarism of his workers through various methods. Among the methods to be adopted by a business owner include.


Prompt promotion. A business owner should make sure he doesn't delay his worker promotion. However, diffrent measures can be used to determine the promotion. While some use the number of years others use the contribution of workers to determine promotion.


Giving incentives. Incentives asides salary should be given to workers. Workers who do overtime, all workers that tried all his efforts for the promotion of the company should be given more incentive. This will encourage them to do more and encourage others to toe their lines.

I think this topic of giving monetary and other benefits to the workers or employees would largely depend on the compassion of the business owner. I have met shrewd business people who do not care for their workers because they don’t see their workers as partners in their business. It is fortunate if the family of the owner or maybe a friend would advise about the benefits.

There are other ways to promote welfare of staffs in terms of transportation most companies have their company bus that take their employees to and fro from work this way employees come to work early and get home early with no worries about how to get home. Like you mentioned incentives and promoting of staff is also a good way of managing employees welfare.
