But there are a lot of ways that we can use to reduce stress instead of using unhealthy ways like drinking alcohol, over eating, smoking, and using drugs
We can actually the healthy way by
1. Exercising as it helps to boost your mood
2. Set goals for your daily activities
3. Get enough sleep
4. Eat at the right and eat foods that are rich in nutrient and not good that are high in calories but consume foods that are high in fiber, protein and vitamins and always include fruit and vegetables in your diet
5. Stay connected with people that makes you happy

We can prevent stress by bit doing too much work and by also resting.when you stress the body too much it can cause headache and other sickness which is not good for the body.if you feel stressed you can also see the doctor for better treatment don't prescribe drugs yourself it is dangerous.
