On the other hand voluntary job quitting, totally occurs when a particular employee files a resignation letter and submit it to the table of the business manager or employer clarifying that he or she isn't going to work as an employee in the business organisation anymore. There is always a reason for an individual to quit his or her job voluntarily and such a reason would usually he asked by the job employer for necessary documentaries.

As the manager of employer of a business organisation, if you encounter the situation where your employees are constantly submitting resignation letters day after day, it could possibly be as a result of one reason or the other which totally concerns the ability of your business organisation.
