Rewarding hardworking employees is of great importance in every company or organization. It makes them feel appreciated for their good work and that creates motivation for them to work even harder. It also makes them more loyal to the company and work for the better growth of the company. Moreover, the other employees also get fired up to do a better job themselves.

Here are a few tips on how to reward hardworking employees;
1. Promotion - this happens in many organizations. Hard working employees are given a higher office at work and that means better pay.
2. Buying them gifts - you can have a party every end of the year or half a year where the best employees are recognized and rewarded.
3. Having a parking slot for the best employee - I always see this in movies and it is a great way to appreciate employees. In big companies, it can be so hard to get a parking slot, so getting a parking slot for the "hardworking employee of the month" can be really motivating.

Those are just but a few, feel free to add more.

These are actually a motivational techniques of building efficiency and profitability of a company. Promotion comes with hard or smart work and merit so to avoid conflict you don't take promotion as part of rewarding tactics for workers except such worker also merit it by qualification standard of your organization.
Gifts are very good ones and also cash donations clearly defined hard or smart work. You could organize trips to reserve areas for the hard working staff just gear up the other members.
It is advisably done yearly to make the reward reasonable

Employees are one of the pillars of enduring businesses. The play a major role in help the business thrives irrespective of the problems the company may be facing.

When a company is blessed with such hard-working and loyal employee, the best things from their employer is to show appreciation.

There are many ways in business owner can show appreciation to the his or her hard-working employees.

You can give them decent incentive for the hard working once and made it know to the whole staffs. The reason is to motivate others to emulate them and do the same for the company.

Another ways is to give them a promotion when it's due. They should not be the one who call for it at the due time.

Sometimes rewarding a hardworking employee will motivate the lazy employee to work harder and try to make effort so that he or she to want to be rewarded in such a way too. So the ways you can reward is by promoting the person to a higher position or by increasing the person salary or buy getting material things fo the person, And if it is a company that can afford the official car you can reward the hardworking employee with a brand new car.

When you see hardworking employees putting their best to make the work better and you see how consistent they are then they deserve to be rewarded. Depending on the kind of organization they are in some of them are rewarded with cash amount since money is generally what most people need, some you can reward them with a few days all paid trip sponsored by the company, so you reward them with award of hard work. So it varies like I said depending on the organization.

2. You can also you can package some amount of money in an envelope to show appreciation to the employee.
3. You can also organise a staff meeting and appreciate the employee in the presence of other staff, the will push other staff members to sit up.

Those are very good points you have mentioned. Indeed some companies fail to appreciate hardworking employees and that demoralises them so much. So staff appreciation is of utmost importance when it comes to companies and organizations. It makes them feel seen and recognized for their efforts.

Apart from the points you have mentioned, the company can also organize trips for the best employees in the company. I usually see many companies do that. Others send them to seminars and trainning sessions outside the country and all their needs are catered for.

I like that parking slot as a benefit or reward to an employee. My wife works in the biggest bank here and she occupies a high position. But she has to pay the parking slot on a monthly basis. I frown on that payment because I can feel that the company is not kind to their employees. When there is free parking the feeling of the employee is different because he can feel the concern of the employer. If I would have a business I would probably give that free parking to the good employees.

There are different ways you can reward your employees, in doing so, you make them feel appreciated and loved and you encourage them to work harder. One of the ways to achieve this is by organising staff meeting and presenting gifts to them in the presence of other colleagues that way other employees will sit up. Another way is by putting their pictures on the notice board of the office with the inscription "staff of the week".etc.

I really agree. This kind of rewards are necessary for the hard working employees in whatever be the field they work in, it's important. For the profit of the corporation, there should be some rules made in the companies that they need to do these tasks in a limited period of time to gain promotions, or high-paying offers. This will not only increase the revenue of the company but in this way employees would be charged up to tackle the situations they face.

There should be challenging work probably each week to incorporate this method. It is a win-win situation for both the parties.

Rewarding your employees for their hard work is for the best interest of the company. If they know that they are appreciated they will put in more effort and this will lead to more productivity. Do not underestimate the power of saying thank you and other appreciative words. They may seem simple but the go a long way. You might give them bonus and incentives, but of it does not show in your words that you appreciate them you will be wasting your resources. So always let them know verbally that they are well appreciated.

It is always good to reward your hard working employees because by doing so will make them to put more efforts in discharging their duties.Giving hard working employees reward for their effort and rewarding them for their achievements can result to increased productivity and an emboldened workforce. one of the best ways of rewarding employees is by praising them for the work they’ve done. Meaningful praise shows your employees that you really care about them and also by giving them awards this goes a long way to them. By awarding them with with special things they will surely appreciate it very well.
