Even in our little lives we need loyal people or friends around us. And in return they gain our confidence and goodwill. Same is applicable to a work place. An employer will always need loyal staff and you need to show loyalty if you want to gain from the goodness of the boss.

Loyalty is one of the most important qualities an employee can show to their employer. Loyal employees are those who are willing to go above and beyond for their employer, and will work hard to ensure that the company succeeds.

When you're looking for a new job, it's important to show employers how loyal you are by putting in extra effort at your current job. Showing loyalty should be a part of your every day routine at work—you should always be willing to do what's best for your team and the company as a whole.

This includes things like taking on extra projects, coming in early or staying late when needed, or being willing to pitch in when needed to help out another coworker who may be having trouble with something.

It also includes showing up on time every day and showing up ready for work every day, even if it isn't required of them by their boss or manager." It big part is to be honest and transparent to your boss.

Why should you show loyalty to your employer. Just because you have been hired by someone does not mean you need to be very grateful to this person. The employer is not giving you free money. Perhaps you will be offering more than what he will be paying. I see a lot of people being so loyal to the employer that they start spying on other workers for the employer, they even try running personal errands for the employer. If the employer asks for the loyalty towards him, you should stop working on that moment. However, you need to be sincere to the company you are working, you need to be loyal to your work. There is a big difference between being loyal to the employer and being loyal to the company. You should give your best so that the company benefits from your work, when you are giving the best, expecting good returns is plausible.
