It's time to break the habit.
You're probably spending too much time online shopping and not enough time doing the things that matter most in your life.
Let's face it: we all have our favorite sites, but they're not making us happier or healthier. And they certainly aren't helping us save money!
It's time to stop shopping online, and instead make a change for the better. Here are some tips on how to stop online shopping:
1) Don't use credit cards when you shop online. Using a debit card or cash will keep you from getting sucked into the vortex of debt that comes with using credit cards.
2) Don't use your phone while browsing an online store. you'll end up spending more money than if you had just looked at it on paper! You can also use an app like ShopSavvy which helps you track down coupons and deals for brands that interest you so that when there are sales happening, they're easy to find and take advantage of!
3) If possible try not to buy stuff from Amazon Prime Day (or any other big sales event), because these tend to be overpriced and offer little value unless there is something specific about the item that makes it worth buying at full price instead of regular price (like free shipping).
