The sales representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This person is generally required to have a minimum of five years' experience in the sales field. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to present themselves well in front of customers or clients. They will also need to be able to go above and beyond their job duties, as well as doing whatever it takes to close a sale.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven by growth opportunities. They should have a strong desire for continuous learning and development, along with the ability to work independently without supervision. In addition, they must possess strong customer service skills as well as the ability to build rapport with clients on an individual level.

In order to succeed in this position, candidates need to show potential employers that they have solid experience in both sales and customer service roles; this includes prior sales experience within a business environment or having worked directly with customers in some capacity (such as at a retail store). Applicants may also want to include any certifications or training courses they may have completed during their careers so employers can get a better idea of what they've accomplished in their fields.

Sales representatives are expected to be able to sell products, services and ideas. They may also be required to educate prospects about how their products or services will benefit the company.

Sales representatives often work in a team environment and are responsible for creating new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers. Their job may include:

Selling products or services to customers through face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, email correspondence and social media marketing.

Creating sales proposals and presentations that convince companies to buy products or services from the company. Some sales representatives may also be asked to present these proposals at trade shows or other events where they meet potential buyers.

Following up with customers after they purchase products or services from the company, including responding promptly to questions about their purchase experience as well as providing ongoing service after they have purchased something from the company. You might be stressed up the beginning or sometimes, bit you will get used to itm

What you mention above are task which a sales man have to perform. No doubt the main task to sales representative is to sell the product of company using differ mode of contacting with customers. But the communication skill is most important for sales representative. If some one is not good in it they can't sale, no matter how product is useful
