Just like the human heart the human brain also is one of the Major ruling chamber of the body it refers to the central organ of the entire humans nervous system . In other words , other organs of the body takes permission from the brain in order to act . Doctors and health analyst and tells that the human brain consists of three parts which are the cerebrum the brainstem and cerebellum . The human brain today is worth up to 8 million naira which is equivalent to 3,347,280,000 in the Nigerian currency which is naira . With this analysis in mind we can understand how important we must take care of our brain . below are some of the ways we human beings can care for the brain .

ENOUGH SLEEP : a lot of individuals today I'm working hard more than caring for them self . Some of these individuals use the night time which is meant for sleeping to complete the remaining work all to meet up to a particular business project and presentations . It is important that we understand that without keeping our mental sanity positive it is impossible to impact good vibes to our business . Moreover , we should create time to sleep so as to improve our brain health thereby also positivfying our mental sanity .
