Content creation involves creating new content on a regular basis, articles, blog posts, videos, podcasts, that targets people who might be interested in using your products or services. If a potential customer sees something interesting on social media or hears about it from someone they trust and respect, they'll naturally want more information about what it's all about, and if they find your content helpful.
