Is being moral a part of the business mindset?

Our neighbor is building a 3-story building in their vacant lot. I chanced upon a carpenter who said that the owner is paying them a very low daily wage. The owner is a business man who owns a garments factory. He has 3 cars and 1 is a luxury car not to mention his nice house. His workers in the garments factory also complain of starvation wage. The neighbors call that business owner stingy to the bone. Do you think the workers will have a loyalty and concern for the business if they feel that they are being shortchanged with the salary?

Ethical behaviour not only improves profitability but also fosters business relations and employees productivity. Business ethics is concerned with the behaviour of businessman in doing a business. Unethical practices create problems to businessman and business units.

Why would any employer treats their employees like that and expect maximum productivity from them. It will not work like that. What concerns many employees most of the times is their salary. You have to pay them as at when due. You don't owe them and live luxuriously at the expense of their sweat. That is wickedness.

The business owner has to have a rethink before things get out of his hands. No worker will put in their best if they are being maltreated, overworked, and underpaid. When the workers start to have a feeling that they are being cheated, their morale goes down, and when motivation is missing, productivity reduces and the business suffers.

It takes money, resources and skill to Start a business,it takes discipline, good morals and behavior to sustain the business, your contribution to a business is never enough to sustain the business, but your behavioral and relative behavior can go far in keeping the business.most business requires daily interaction with people and your moral is on check.

Sustainability of most businesses fail because of the ownerships lack of moral values, though this doesn't not determine the failure of the business.
But morals helps to make the business to gain more ground in the location and even helps beyond that side.
And the truth is that workers can change once there's a shortcomings in their earning

An employee that lack moral values or any employee that cultivate a very bad habit of being stingy or an abusive boss can never get the best from his or her workers they won't be motivated to do more or to do the job whole heartedly because they will be bothered, confused, be feeling being cheated upon.

Been moral is an essential integral of a business. Many businesses today lost out because the customers has not confidence in the quality of their goods and services anymore. Lack of morals which integrity is a major one destroys the interpersonal relationship in business and this ruin business more.

Absolutely it is because the customers are there that's why someone is still in business, so the moment your lack of morals and integrity pushes them away, then you are off market. Lack of morals give room for a competitive market especially if you are the sole determinant of the market initially.

That is unfair from the way the man is treating his employees, he want them to continue serving him all the days of their lives just for a peanut. Now all the employees are not happy with him, they may start having secret meetings on his behalf on how to pull him down together with his business. When your employees are hungry how will they carry their duties towards the company diligently.

Moral behavior clearly a part of a business mindset.if you don't behave well to your customers or you treat them badly definitely you are going to loose your customers and they will never be back again. But when you treat them well, Renee them good services, you being kind to them always, given them their demands at the point they needs,it will highly contribute well to your businesses. Because large scale business or any other things not the only thing to make business stand except if u behave well to your customers too.

Yes been moral is part of business mindset because when you are moral in what you do it makes you do things logically and every thing which regard to business and human life supposed to be done.moral is very important when it comes to business when it comes to human behaviour and when it comes to things that have to do with success in life you have to be tomorrow and ethically standard when it comes to dealing with things in life.

If you ain't morale, you will likely get alot of things mixed up in your business. Yes, being morale is part of the business mindset. When you are morale, you will be self disciplined and you will always want to avoid mixing pleasures with your business. Immorale attitudes is dangerous to your business because it attracts so much pleasures. You will be after seeking pleasures instead of business success.
