The formation of a corporation is very difficult and not straightforward. To be a business is not a fainthearted business to the lazy people. You have to be someone to gain insight in the organization you are setting up. You have to be very good at raising capital and this effort has been needed. Contributing to the organization and competent requires some effort as well. It is not easy to create a company, but can be done for someone who is prepared to do the job.
