I do ask some people not to lose weight except there is need for it. As losing weight is good, there are some problems associated with it. That is why it is even better to be recommended by medical practitioner before one can embark on the journey of losing weight

Yes some people look fine as they are, but they cannot see that so they need someone who is professional to tell them.

You are absolutely right. Most people that go for losing of weight or that go for putting up on their weight and doing it for the sake of peer pressure and not for health some only wanted to be like a dither person let say, a model or may be celebritie. And we are all perfect just the way we are.

losing weight is one thing and losing fat is another
the weight isn't necessarily the issue when it comes to health (unless you look at BMI reading and you fall in the overweight or higher criteria)
the fat is the main problem as that is what causes other health issues e.g. diabetes, heart attacks and high blood pressure

Drink more water. I drink Dr Pepper every now and then, and anytime I cut it out of my diet I notice 2 to 5 pounds of weight loss after a week or so.

My advice to people who are really interested to lose weight is the use of natural method .natural method can be in the reduction on the type of food they are eating and regular exercise .food can also be a factors to consider when we think of losing weight as there are some food that can give more fat in the body. In this case people who are interested of losing weight have to avoid most of these food.
