When it comes to business customers or consumers has an important role to play, because without them, nobody will patronize you Most business owners doesn't know the tips in which they can use to get more customers.How do you attract more customers for yourself?

SELLING QUALITY PRODUCTS
Selling a high quality product is one of the tips to get more customers,few people prefer quantity,but most people prefer quality product,in this case quality product will draw more customers to buy from you.

BEING FRIENDLY
This is also important in any business.Being friendly with your customers will push them to come next time.If possible you know most of them by their names, it'll really help.

PUNCTUALITY
Opening your business place everyday at a the same time will not make your customers feel disappointed anytime they come to buy goods.Coming early will help grow your business, because all your customers will note.

One thing customers enjoy or would want to experience is a place they are treated like royalty. Whenever they find a place with good customer service, and they get good satisfaction from there, they would always want to return again and again. Like you said, being friendly is a major key in gaining the hearts of your customers, how you relate and talk to them determines how free they would be with you as well. Then do not over price your goods and services unnecessary.

A good way to market your business can make you reach more and more customers. So one has to do a smart advertisement to reach to many people. Also, a good customer service always gets a good review. Occasional promotions and discount offers for loyal customers sets a right tone and they help to promote your business among their known circle of people.

There is no how one will be able to make good money unless there is good management in the company or business.
There are some things that one needed to be getting more customers to the business.

(1) One need need yo make the customer number one in the business. Take good care of them buy making free to express their opinion on what they like and the one they don't like.

(2) One should make sure that the product selling really serve the purpose of the customer buying it.
That is; customers should be able to derive the ultima satisfaction from the goods or service bought.

(3) The price of the good should not be too high or cost so that i t will be affordable yo the customers.

(4) One should make sure that there is availability of goods or services on ground whenever the customers request for it ; its very important.

Customer service is the most effective way to get more customers. If the quality and good customer service is in place, business picks up through word of mouth.
Moreover, the customer service and promises to customers should be a genuine one. Sometimes businesses go overboard with the big promises and they are not able to sustain them for too long. And one fine day they crash. Sometimes customers smell something fishy if the promises are too good to be true. They doubt it to be a scam and try not to fall trap of it

Very good points. anyone that really wants to succeed in any business must know how to retain customers and of course make more customers. when you return your customers there is a possibility that you will gain more customers because like I have stated before, when people start buying your products then there is a possibility that more people will follow suit. Friendliness is very important in business like I stated and if you are really friendly to your customers then there is a possibility that they will always patronize you especially if you're running a small business.
Og course the big businesses may not actually have the opportunity to be friendly to their customers but they cannot always make decisions that will positively affect their customers. Producing quality products is very much important. It is always very important that you prefer quality to quantity because that is what many customers always look out for. When your customers trust your business or products there is a high possibility that they will always patronize you no matter the competition. This is one of the strategies many businesses must use to be above their competitors and make a whole lot of profit in the long run.

You can make more customers depending your manner of approach and how you relate to client which is good human relations which a lot of people don't have and has really affected their business.You must know people need at every point in time so as not to loose them to other competitor,you know everyone striving to have more people that will patronize their business to make such business grow.secondly,punctuality is the soul of every business.You must imbibe the attitude of coming to work or shop early and always meet up every appointments you have with every customer or client you have.

First of all I want to say that the point you get above nice and they are the basic things an entrepreneur or a business man must implement if he or she want to draw more customers to himself. Lack of customers means lack of sale and to keep your customers you must apply various strategies as well as various tactics to draw the attention.
some customers may be friendly and some customers by may be rude but you are the owner of the business you have to be friendly with each and every customer orders model might be a pain in the head but it is still advisable to treat each of them equally, also your product type and quality also comes in keeping your customers if you sell fake product or product with bad quality then you are prone to losing all your customers that is why it is advisable to always go for the product with good quality. Ok try put yourself in your customers shoes will you go for a product that is of low quality possibly not so try as much as possible to make your product stand out from others of your competitors if at all you make more to draw more customers

Recently I was attending a workshop where the talk of good PR skills popped in. It was stated that one thing common to all great entrepreneurs, businessmen, leaders is their good PR skills. And the only mantra to be successful as either of these is Networking, networking and more networking. And with good PR skills, a good networking does happen. And the wider your network is, the more chances are there to reach more people from different walks of life. And then you have wide pool of people who will advertise for your business and promote it unknowingly. Ang they will bring more and more customers. So, PR skills and networking is the key.

Gaining more customers is the desire of every true business man and woman out there because we live in a very competitive world, hence everyone is struggling to retain their old customers and even add new customers to their portfolio. The truth is having New customers is not as difficult as it may look. The techniques are very simple and straightforward. Number one on the pack is to be very diligent and consistent in terms of your business and services delivery to customers. This will make it less stressful for you because your customers will be the ones to blow your trumpet and tell others of how reliable your services is and thereby increasing your customer band.

Another factor we must put into consideration is your customer relations it matters alot. How you relate with your customers will determine they will come back for more or introduce your product or services to others. So one must be customer friendly. Sometimes one can go the extra mile to call and check up on your customers to see if they are actually enjoying the maximum utility of the product or services and to also check of they have any form of complaints.

I agree a lot about the feedback. That's so important. It helps the person to improve hus service and change according to customer's needs and demands. That helps the business sustain for long in the market. Also, a customer feels valued and appreciated when his suggestions are asked.
