Thanks for sharing this for free. I know other would have either shared a link or even ask indirectly for money. But you show your altruism by giving it for free. Concerning the topic, it is either people lose weight naturally or they go artificial but either way they should not forget the role of exercise.
 
Generally the doctor's advice that we should not eat too much fatty substances that can lead to obesity. I basically can sometimes be genetic but even with this we are advised to take all the preventive measures to make sure that we prevent our body from being overweight.
 
Excess fat in the body is not bad because if you are too fat,it will affect your posture and you may not have the right physic.You need to take some food to be able to burn down the obesity in your body.Most food eaten must not have cholesterol,A lot of it build fat in the body and also kills some cells
