Moving location should be done only when there's too much competition. In this case a survey should have been done on the site before moving in and doing a renovation. If this company had done a survey on that location they would have found out about the strictness of the guards. This serves as a lesson for us all.

This works for the businesses that are selling directly to the customers, for example, restaurants, clothing stores, grocery etc. Your business should be located in the area where your customers are concentrated.

Ironically in our country I have noticed that businesses are going to the suburbs (where I live) from the city to save on the rent. They say that rent in the city keeps on increasing every year. Many restaurants in the business district were closing even before the pandemic due to the high cost of rent. In the suburbs the rent is less than half of the rent in the city.

May I just add this information that I gathered from our neighbor who owns the property. The tenant left for reasons of not having business but not exactly that because I'm sure there are ways of getting customers. The tenant said that the house is spooked so it is like a bad luck to be an office that scares people. I don't know if that is true but the tenant was there for 6 months.

instead of moving directly with your business to a new location it is always advisable for you to go to your required location and set up another business branch ,with this your business will grow much higher than for you to go to a strange location to start up a new business which might be stressful.

They lost big money because of the costs and the lack of business for 6 months.

Next is the ample parking and also the traffic. Our town is very notorious with the heavy traffic in the main road so it is a minus factor. But the fact is that the company didn't do proper finding before moving to your village.
Because has a business minded person and someone who want his/her business to thrive in any place opts to do proper finding first.
He/she have to think of whom to buy and the circumstances that can make them not to buy.

Hmmm.... this is too bad. Before one can move his/her business in to another location many things has to be put in to consideration and the customer should be first things you considered because without them you are not inexistent as a businessman.
So therefore when you want to do such a thing you need a consultant if you Dont know how to go about it so that one will not run at loss at the end of the day.
