Pension and retirement planning

Do people who get pension from their work need financial retirement planning? And where should they invest their retirement funds?

This is a sure thing to do. You don't expect them to keep their money in the bank for the rest of their retiring days . i mean that's not profitable enough. Money is not what you spend and not replenish. You need to invest it, say on a land, building, and more so it multiplies without you working for life.
