I am really confused, how does it work? And why do I always have a pop up on my screen, it's really a distraction.

I am really confused, how does it work? And why do I always have a pop up on my screen, it's really a distraction.

After a while the popup will stop showing when you meet the criteria or exceed a post count then you will bypass the popup.
