Meaning of yours here may be familiar with the term industrial farming . Well by definition industrial farming refers to the engaging in the planting of crops for food and rearing of animals for meat and raw materials for the purpose of selling in order to make profit . And also an industrial farmer is considered to be a person who engage in industrial farming , that is the production and the rearing of farm crops and farm animals for the purpose of sell in order to make profit . Many people are lured to think that there is no difficulties or obstruction in being a farmer because they think that all it takes to be a successful farmer is to have a land for cultivation and seeds for planting . Absolutely and doubtedly no ! there is indeed some problems faced by industrial farmers today which they have two faced in the course or process of carrying out their industrial farming practices and activities .

The widespread of farm and animal disease is one of the challenges faced by industrial farmers today , they have to look for a way to make sure that their farm produce and reared animals do not get diseased in one way or the other , but in most prominent cases they do not always win despite all their trials and hard work this is caused as a result of climate condition of some regions not being suitable for the health of the plant and of the animals in which the plant or rear . Another common obstruction and hindrance faced by industrial farmers is environmental pollution caused as a result of improper waste and chemical disposal by chemical based industries and private individuals , this is absolutely true , because plants and animals need fresh water to survive and the dumping of waste materials and used chemical substance into water vessels like rivers , ocean , and seas contaminates the water there by making it hard for plants and animals to survive in that area .

Industrial farmers face many problems and obstructions. The first and most obvious is the high cost of transporting their large volumes of products to market. That cost can make it difficult for them to compete with local farmers, who can sell their produce at lower costs because they have significantly less transportation costs. They also have trouble competing on price with farmers in other countries that offer subsidies to their agricultural products.

Another problem facing industrial farmers is that they are vulnerable to the weather, just as much as any farmer. Prior to the harvest season, a series of bad storms could result in significant losses because of damaged crops, lost livestock, or even a destroyed infrastructure. Once the harvest season begins, a drought could also cause significant problems for industrial farmers by making it difficult to get their crops out of the fields and into storage facilities. A severe drought could also mean that they do not have enough water available to continue producing livestock feed, which would cause them to lose some of their livestock due to starvation or dehydration.

Yet another problem faced by industrial farmers is that they are often criticized for using genetically modified seeds and unnatural fertilizers and pesticides that can harm the environment and potentially cause health problems in humans and animals who consume food grown using these chemicals.

Just like you already mentioned an industrial farmer is an individual who engage in the farming of farm crops and also the rearing of farm animals for the purpose of selling them at the local market to customers for the purpose of making profit . It is absolutely true that some people are really forced to think that being a farmer is absolutely very easy all you need is just to have a land for cultivation and seeds for planting . To be very sincere and honest farmers suffers a great deal of problem and obstruction in their process of farming and planting crops and also in their process and quest of rearing farm animals for meat .

One of the major problem that industrial farmers faces is that the food and fertilizers for farm crops and farm animals increasing in price . I do not know for other country but here in West Africa the cost of feeding farm animals and the fertilizers for fertilizing farm crops has increased in price and a lot of farmers have seen this as a big problem and to be very sincere the government is definitely not doing anything about it which is absolutely very bad and an acceptable .
