Buyers sometimes come up with Home sale contingency negotiations when they want to buy a new property. This home sale contingency is all about a buyer telling a seller that part of their condition to buy their property relies on the buyer’s ability to sell their own current property.
So this negotiation is alwsya a clause in a purchasing real estate contract which the seller can accept or not.
