Female employees and workers definitely plays a very important role and position in a business organisation, unfortunately majority of business managers and business employers are so blind to see these important roles and position of female employees in the business organisation that is why they only focus on employing male employees and workers with the mindset that male employees are more confident, more effective, and more accurate, in achieving organisational goals and objectives which is not entirely true if we should capitalise on that. Below are some of the reasons why business managers should consider employing female employees and workers:
* Female employees are more supportive: right from the Bible it is often proclaimed that one important feature of a woman or a female is supportiveness. Have you ever in a business organisation female employees are more supportive compared to male employees, male employees are known for their rigidness and inflexibility when it comes to providing support to one another. However female employees are more capable and suitable for providing organisational and business support whenever and wherever.
* Effective communication skills: another important reason to employee female employees is the fact that majority of them are good and effective when communicating with clients and customers. Female employees are more likely to put smile on their faces when communicating and interacting with the customer, however there are more likely to say things that could make a particular customer or client to laugh or smile. In situations where female employees and workers describe a particular product to a particular buyer, it sounds more convincing and more believable then if it were to be a male employee or worker.
* Teamwork: majority of male employees and workers do not obviously see the need to practice teamwork and team collaboration in a business organisation as majority of male employees and workers love to be left alone and love to work alone. On the other hand female employees and always collaborative in nature, and when goals and objectives are kind of cumbersome and tiresome to achieve, they are more fast to form a team to assist the sharing and communicating of ideas, suggestions, and opinions etc.
