Wrong location as a result of not many customers can be remedified but wrong location as a result of siting a business where the service is not needed can't be changed. In the first case, there should be intense awareness and doing some forms of persuasion, at least to attract more customers, snatching of customers from the other existing business men that serve as competitors.

In the other case, the best for this is just to relocate. Doing other things apart from that may not yield any positive results at all for the business owner.
