Spicy foods are preferred by many people around the world because spicy food often tastes very delicious. There are many health benefits and drawbacks of eating spicy food when it comes to your health. However, eating chili peppers might be good for your heart. A research that was reported in a journal called Journal of the American College of Cardiology has shown that eating chili pepper has positive effects on your cardiovascular health. This study is very important because many people avoid spicy foods just because they do not like them. I am not saying that you should consume chili peppers in an excessive way.
