A Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of United States officially filed a complaint over Terraform Labs, a firm that created a Terra blockchain, as well as its co-founder & CEO Do Kwon. A SEC is requesting an order requiring Kwon to cooperate with such a series of subpoenas which he has ignored. The subpoenas for Kwon's testimony as well as the production of documents by Terraform Labs are part of an ongoing investigation.
