An individual cannot entirely have the knowledge on how to run and manage a business, what this means is that from time to time he or she will need advice from other individuals in order to grow and develop in his or her business. He or she will need council and advice from either customers or from clients on how to manage and run his or her business. At times customers and clients might go their way to advise a particular business owner especially on a particular thing he or she is doing wrong which may cost him the possibility to make profit.

For example a business owner might be selling low quality or inferior goods and services, and because of the you see or she makes no sales. Customers and clients might notice this and at times advise the business owner based on the matter. The business owner is expected to accept such council and advice.

The whole idea of establishing a business today is so as to satisfy the needs and wants of members of the public and if a client or customer is not satisfied with your business doings or activities, it is advised that you take cancel from this customer or client in order to be better in the future especially if such clients or customer is among your prospective customers and client that is those whose existence in the business organization matters a lot. Accepting council from your customers and client can be the effective way to manage your business and the most positive way to grow and develop.
