Everybody are interested to live to the longest Years as possible. There are so many things that could help in achievement of Long life , Gone are those days when everyone was focusing on business and jobs without putting much interest on lifestyle that could lead to longevity. They following might really helped.



1) Avoid smoking: There are so many dangerous side effect of smoking. One of the most dangerous side effects of smoking is the high rate of lung cancer, Smoking destroys the lung cell making it difficult for oxygen to diffuse properly into the body cells. Over here the federal ministry of health warn that smokers are liable to die young which clearly shows that there are more dangerous side effects of smoking in the body.



2) Boost the body with enough exercise: when we don't have enough exercise it leads to accomodations of calories in our body system which is not healthy . We are to burn excess calories through exercise. Exercise can also help the heart by making it be in perfect condition.



3) Avoid process food: Some process food are really dangerous to the body. Normally we are to avoid most food that are processed chemically because most are dangerous to the body. Our main focus should rather be on how we could consumed products such as natural fruit and vegetables..

We should realize that most diseases that cut lives short are caused by unhealthy lifestyle and wrong food choices. We eat too much processed foods and food with low nutritional value and we live inactive lives.
However, only God is our source of life.

Let me share with you some tips on how to stay healthy:

1. Eat more fruits and vegetables. They are high in nutrients and rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which are great for your health. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber which helps you feel full longer so they can also help you to lose weight.

2. Drink more water, especially after you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed at night. You should drink about 2 liters of water per day. Water helps your body get rid of toxins, it hydrates your skin, makes your hair shinier, boosts your metabolism and has many other benefits for your body.

3. Start exercising at least three times a week for 30 minutes each time and gradually increase the duration of exercise as well as the frequency. Exercise is one of the best ways to prevent a lot of diseases (like diabetes or heart disease). It can also boost your mood because it releases endorphine which provide happy feelings.

4. Avoid smoking and alcohol

It is natural and normal for human being to die . in fact death is considered to be one of the characteristics or feature of a human being . But does it mean that a human being cannot live a good number of age on the Earth before dying . Of course he or she can , but to be successful in leaving long on Earth there are some certain activities he or she must do and some certain activities he or she must not do . to live longer the human being must don't engage in health depleting activities like smoking and over drinking . this is absolutely true Because smoking in all ramification is bad , and also affect our body vital organs making it ineffective to carry out his duties and task . Overdrinking on the other hand deplete our mental faculties and properties . Frequent overdrinking could also lead to insanity or death .

To live longer , an individual must improve in his diet , including vegetables in our food or as dessert after the original meal is very vital for our organs and our mental faculties making it effective and motivated to carry out its activities and duties . Food such as mushroom , kale , and nut are important to boost our immune system which is responsible for fighting or conducting various illness and sickness we may encounter .
