Nigeria is considered to be the home of local and large-scale businesses. So many business exist in Nigeria and it can totally make sense if an individual chooses to establish his or her business in Nigeria and that is because Nigeria has a population of more than 200 million individuals according to the 2006 census. Nigeria is also rich in natural resources as well as infrastructural amenities which can totally have the existence of businesses in the transportation and in the transmission of raw materials from where they are being excavated to where they are to be transformed into finished goods. According to one source it is held that in a particular week more than 40 new businesses are being established all around the 36 states of Nigeria. Moreover, among these 40 new businesses, 25 to 30 and small-scale businesses, and the reasons for this is because not a room full of individuals unable to establish large-scale businesses in countries like Nigeria due to insufficient and lack of adequate forms or capital for equitable and standard business establishment.

Businesses being established in Nigeria day after day include: Barbing saloons, POS business, vehicles and appliances repair shops, grocery stores, fashion stores, medical/chemists shops, and wholesale store etc. It my own view and perspective improvement needed to be done in the business sector of Nigeria, are for the government to make in provision business banks and Grant institution to help existing businesses and individuals intended to engage in business can seek funds to aid their business establishment.
