Not every day in business is assumed or considered to be a profit-making day , but what about in a situation when a particular business does not make sales or render services to any client or customer possibly because the customer and client never comes . Institution like this the business owner of the business manager should be very concerned and shouldn't think that it is a minor or seemingly issue . The business owner or business manager must be able to recognise the issue and also be able to rectify the issue . Some of the reasons why businesses tend to lose its patronage from members of the public could usually be :

The selling or rendering of fake and low quality services or product , this is absolutely true , even merely thinking about it , there is absolutely no one who likes to buy low quality product or goods or who love to be rendered unqualified and unsatisfied services . in some prominent situation this could be the reason why some business owners and business managers tend to lose their customers and clients . to avoid is it is advised to upgrade in your business dealings and do it with your customers and clients so as to keep their loyalty by all means . Another reason why some business owners and managers keep losing their customers and clients is as a result of poor customer services , this is also true they way you handle and deal with your customers also determines the extent of loyalty they have towards you . some customers and clients are very sensitive and sometimes if you become harsh or rude possibly because of the actions towards , you could possibly lose them . As a business owner you must practice the quality of self control , you must understand that meeting of toxic customers and client is actually part of a business and is totally inevitable because as business goes on they will keep coming .

A lot of businesses start out with a lot of energy, but as years go on, the energy dwindles. That's especially true for businesses that rely on repeat customers. Put simply, it's harder to keep a customer than it is to get one. It's even more challenging for business owners who don't have the experience and expertise to know when their customers are pushing back or getting fed up.

Here are some signs that your business might be losing your customers and clients:

· If you're not reaching out to your customers and clients, they might not be returning the calls or taking care of their needs.

· If you're not checking in with your customers and clients regularly, they might feel like they're getting forgotten.

· If you don't respond to customer service requests directly, you could lose out on opportunities to turn around your unhappy customers into satisfied one.

The products can be great, but the problem is that people just don't have time for them. It's not like they're bad or anything—it's just that customers are having trouble squeezing in the time for you to be available for them to buy your goods and services.

Here are some questions you should ask yourself if you think there could be an issue with your "customer retention":

Though there are lots of reasons why most business loose customers, but I think one common one is the customer service. Personally I would never want to go to a place where I am not being treated nicely. Another reason could be lack of quality goods and services. These days most business owners only care about making money than the satisfaction of their customers, hence they start selling inferior product.

There is literally no business owner that wishes to lose his business clients and customers that is why a business owner always try his or her best to make sure that he or she wins the loyalty and the trust of his client and customers making up members of the public of the business environments . The business owner must understand that the reason why a business is being created is so as to satisfy the needs and wants of numerous human beings making up his clients and customers and the inability of a business organisation to satisfy his client and customers simply means that the business organisation is totally unhealthy and has the potential to go bankrupt or liquidated anytime soon .

If you are a business owner managing and controlling a particular business organisation and you come to understand and see that you are slowly losing your customers and clients it is actually due to the fact that some factors have actually been derailed from you and some of these factors definitely determines a business success and prosperity . In most prominent cases it will always be that your customer service is of poor quality or better still the goods and services value that you sell or render are of low quality and inferior kind .

Research shows that the reason your business slowly loses its customers is the delay in responding, with 1/3 of customers leaving their problems are not resolved in a timely manner. Most importantly the lack of proper human resources is the reason for your business failure.
