Yes you are right by saying so and I am well pleased with your idea, real estate has a lot of advantage even though this days the people that usually engage in this types of business are the adults who tends to have the necessary capital to start this form of business, have you not been observing this, most youth or young vibrant youths dont usually engage in this type of business as the result of lack of fund that will assist them in all the process, most youths tends to go after online business which seems to be risky unlike real estate business, can you imagine one has to do analysis and prediction just like betting and failure to predict well is related to failure and lost, not even talking about scammers and hackers, I think real estate business tends to have much advantage than online business.

Seriously I don't really know which one I will go for. But the only thing that serves as an hindrance to me is capitals if I have lots of capital I will invest my money online and also invest offline. I think if I go with the two of them I will have good returns. What do you think?
