By Budgeting you do not have to spend impulsively, it helps you to stay the course, even though sticking to your budget can sometimes be hard, but it really, if you are receiving allowances or a salary before hand, it is important to have budget so that you will be able to have some room to do other stuffs with the remaining balance after savings.
