Majority of manufacturing firm including retail business owners have constantly face the problem of what to produce or what to sell and render. This is actually a very big problem that majority of business owners have not yet provide answers to and the reason is because the economy of most countries keeps changing and a times what may work out today may not necessarily work out tomorrow, and the reason is because the business environment is a dynamic business Factor which must adapt to change especially the changing nature of modernization and technology.

Personally I believe that the issue of what to produce or what to sell and render can be handled or solved if proper brainstorming and planning is taken into action by business owners and business managers.

The economic problem of what to produce or what to sell or render in your business is a big issue that is faced by majority of businesses in Nigeria and that have been one of the reasons why majority of businesses today have not been put into proper implementation because of the scarcity of raw materials or the insertable nature of human wants and needs. The economic problem of what to produce comes as a result of human needs and wants being so insertable and have been various perceptions. It's also comes as a result of lack of scarcity in raw materials.

The question of what to produce is a demand question and only a careful analysis of consumer demand would sufficiently answer that question. You must be answering a question that people are asking. You can't be producing what people are not demanding for. For every business that is stuck with this question. The best solution is to do a careful analysis of the market to understand the demands and yearnings of the market so you stay profitable on whatever you produce to the market.
