Do you think that is a good exercise for a 75-year old guy? We have to admit that the older you get the more fragile the body becomes. Abuse of the body will result in health problems later on. My take on the proper exercise for the seniors is a moderate one. You can jog, you can dance, you can lift weights and some other types of workout. But do everything in moderation. Always protect your body from abuse. Excessive workout can be harmful instead of being beneficial.
