"You are what you eat" this saying reminds me of the biblical story of the three Hebrews in a town called Babylon.

They requested for a food different in variety and nutritious than the ones their peers were having. And after ten days ,they wear compared with their peers,the outcome blew their attendant who decided to compare them.

They(the three Hebrews) were fresher,fatter and were outstanding intellectually!

Indeed what we eat has the potential to affect our lives.

Hence the need for us to be careful of the things that passes down our throats .
Ensuring that it is what is needed by our body.
Proper diet regulation and taking balance diet is critical to maintain and ensuring a good health.
It is all our responsibility to take note and ensure that we are having a balanced diet.
