The sales process is a complex service. It is common that you have to speak more than once with a prospect to clarify their doubts and decide to buy from you.

You should offer added value in each one of the conversations that you have client access. In online business, many prospects will reject you, again and again, and that's normal and you have to get used to it.

It is a natural part of the sales process that you should follow up on your prospects. With all the work for each prospect, how do you know if you are on track in your conversion process from prospect to customer?

As you have rightly said the sales process of majority of products are actually very complex and involve a lot of time in order to be able to be successful. This is why a majority of people normally create something like a sales funnel in which they were first of all wants to convince their audiences first until they are willing to make a paid purchase.
