There are a galore of reasons why an employer may decide to fire or relive an employee of his job or post in the place of work. I'll be listing some of those reasons I find relevant and I will be happy if you comment and add on what am going to list.
✓ An employer can fire an employee if he or she is no longer satisfied with the quality of such an employee's service. If the performance of an employee is no longer satisfactory, an employer may decide to fire him or her.
✓ An employer can also get fired due to work misconduct. There are various rules and regulations that guide the conduct of workers in any organisation. Failure to comply may also lead to the firing of such a non compliant worker.
What are your thoughts on this and do you think getting fired means the same thing as getting relieved of your post?
